Fotografiska is looking for our next chef to our green star kitchen who has an interest in sustainability and zero waste! About the role
Our kitchen has an organic and plant-based focus. Based on that, experiences and taste are maximized according to season by using all parts of the plant and other raw materials. Sometimes in a traditional way and always with a twist! Inspiring a more conscious world influences everything that Fotografiska is and does.
Everything we serve celebrates our amazing local growers who work in harmony with nature and provide us with fresh seasonal produce. On the menu there is always something small, medium or large to share in one of Stockholm's most beautiful oases in the company of friends with good wines or coffee. Since 2020, Fotografiska's restaurant has received Guide Michelin's sustainability label. Always enjoyable, always sustainable.

Terms of employment
Scope: Full-time
Duration: Permanent with a 6-month trial period
Salary: Monthly salary
Working hours: Flexible schedule incl. both day and evening, weekdays and weekends according to collective agreement.
